André Viccini is a Brazilian career diplomat and Strategy and Alignment Officer at the COP30 Presidency. He previously served as Brazil’s negotiator on mitigation and contributed to the preparation of Brazil’s new nationally determined contribution. His current work focuses on the design of the Global Implementation Accelerator, developed with the COP31 Presidencies, and the Belém Mission to 1.5, carried forward with the COP31 and COP29 Presidencies.
