Carlos holds a degree in Business Administration with postgraduate qualifications in Environmental Management. With a career spanning over 25 years across Argentina, England, France, Chile, and Africa, he has held various management and project development roles within the environmental services sector. For the past five years, Carlos has served as Managing Partner of ERM Andean, leading sustainability consulting projects for the mining and oil & gas sectors in Argentina, Chile, and Peru. His work focuses on securing permits and international financing—structured as project finance and aligned with ESG standards—with the majority of these projects approved under the RIGI (Large Investment Incentive Regime).
