Maria Jose Murcia
Maria Jose Murcia is an Associate Professor of Strategy and Management Control at IAE Business School (Universidad Austral, Argentina) and Director of the Full-Time MBA program. She holds a PhD from the University of British Columbia, an MBA from IAE, and a degree in Economics from the University of Buenos Aires (UBA). She combines teaching, research, and institutional leadership, and serves as a visiting professor in Canada, Europe, and Latin America. She is an active member of the Academy of Management and holds editorial roles with *Academy of Management Learning and Education*, *Journal of Business Ethics*, and *Business & Society*. Her work focuses on how organizations integrate strategy and sustainability to drive responsible decision-making in complex contexts, creating an impact on individuals, companies, and communities. She also serves on the boards of non-profit organizations.
