Renata Flosi
Renata Flosi is the Undersecretary for Smart Cities within the Buenos Aires City Government's Secretariat of Innovation and Digital Transformation. Holding a degree in Journalism and with training in leadership, agile methodologies, and artificial intelligence, she has over 13 years of experience in the City Government, where she has led teams and transformation projects focused on innovation and improving the citizen experience. She currently drives the Smart City strategy, promoting the development of solutions based on data, artificial intelligence, and emerging technologies to optimize public services. Her key responsibilities include leading BAX—the City’s new app and intelligent assistant—which integrates digital identity, administrative procedures, services, and citizen support into a conversational experience powered by artificial intelligence. Her work fosters a people-centered digital transformation aimed at building a city that is simpler, more connected, and more sustainable.
