Teresa Mancini
María Teresa Mancini is a lawyer (University of Buenos Aires) and a university lecturer at ITBA, UBA, UNS, and UNLP. She serves as an academic coordinator for training programs on Smart Cities and Sustainable Development, as well as for the Diploma Program in Environment, Technology, and Law. Additionally, she is the Executive Secretary General of the Observatory on Innovation and Digital Consumption at the UBA Law School. She holds specializations in Environmental Management Systems (Autonomous University of Barcelona) and in Environmental Administration, Law, and Economics (Carlos III University of Madrid / Universidad del Salvador), and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Public Policy at FLACSO. A government auditor certified in anti-bribery and compliance management systems (ISO 37001, ISO 37301), she has served as a Lead Internal Auditor for various national ministries. She has published work on environmental regulation and smart cities and currently works on institutional quality assessment projects for the Government of the City of Buenos Aires.
